These terms are written for Tijarti users and apply when you access or use the platform.
By accessing or using Tijarti ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a notice on the Service. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription period. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tijarti and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions related to payment, intellectual property, and liability limitation shall survive termination.
In no event shall Tijarti be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tunis.
